Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis dan Kolaborasi Siswa Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Karimun

This study aims to describe the influence of the problem-based learning model on students' critical thinking and collaboration skills in science subjects in grade IV of elementary school in Karimun Regency. This type of research is a quasi-experimental design with the concept of non-equivalent control group design and parametric statistics involving two groups with different treatments. The subjects of this study consisted of 32 grade IV students from SD Negeri 010 Kundur and SD Negeri 005 Ungar as an experimental group. Meanwhile, the control group consisted of 35 grade IV students from SD Negeri 014 Kundur and SD Negeri 003 Kundur Utara. The experimental group used a problem-based learning model. While the control group uses conventional learning. The instruments in this study are in the form of description tests and observation sheets. The data was analyzed using the T Test. The results of data analysis show that (1) The Problem Based Learning Model has a significant influence on students' critical thinking skills in science subjects in grade IV elementary school in Karimun Regency. (2) The Problem Based Learning model has a significant influence on students' collaboration skills in the fourth grade of elementary school science subjects in Karimun Regency.
