Pengaruh Model Kooperatif Tipe TGT untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Kerja Sama Siswa Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar

This research is motivated by the low cooperative skills of students, especially in elementary school students. One of the supporting factors for improving students’ cooperative skills is the use of the TGT model. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the TGT type cooperative model on improving the cooperative skills of fourth-grade elementary school students. This study uses quantitative research with a pre-experimental method through a one-group pre-test-post-test design on fourth-grade elementary school students. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire instrument that had been tested for validity by the validator. The test results showed an average difference between the pre-test and post-test results, which means there was a significant increase in students' cooperative skills between before and after the application of the TGT model. In addition, the effect of the TGT model can be seen from the results of the N-Gain calculation which is included in the high category. Thus, the TGT type cooperative model has an effect on improving the cooperative skills of fourth-grade elementary school students.References
