Aplikasi Multimedia Berbasis Kartun Animasi untuk Pembelajaran Sains di Sekolah Dasar

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi multimedia berbasis kartun animasi yang digunakan untuk mendukung pembelajaran sains di sekolah dasar, khususnya pada materi sistem pencernaan manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan Lee dan Owens. Uji coba produk dilakukan menggunakan desain quasi-eksperimen dengan format one group pretest–posttest yang melibatkan 18 siswa kelas V di SDN 1 Junrejo, Kota Batu. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, angket validasi ahli, serta kuesioner respons siswa. Analisis data kuantitatif dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan uji paired sample t-test untuk mengukur efektivitas pembelajaran. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi multimedia yang dikembangkan sangat layak digunakan, dengan tingkat validasi ahli media sebesar 97,33%, ahli materi 94,67%, dan respons siswa sebesar 94,40%. Hasil uji efektivitas menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada hasil belajar siswa, di mana persentase jawaban benar meningkat dari 64,17% pada pretest menjadi 84,72% pada posttest. Analisis statistik menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara skor pretest dan posttest (Sig. = 0,000 < 0,05). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa multimedia berbasis kartun animasi mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar, keterlibatan siswa, serta pemahaman konsep sains pada tingkat sekolah dasar.
